Bonita Springs, FL – CSI Enterprises, Inc. announces that Juliann Pless has been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President, Travel and Mobile Solutions. Juliann will lead the company’s efforts to introduce CSI’s enhanced globalVCard payment solutions to the corporate travel industry.

CSI’s globalVCard travel solutions are integrated into the booking systems of Travel Management Companies (TMC), where the agent can issue single-use virtual credit card payments for approved travel. The integration enables easy tracking and reconciliation and ensures compliance with company travel policies. For the business traveler, all reservation data, spending controls and security features are conveniently accessed through the mobile phone app.

After completing a successful beta with one of the world’s largest travel agencies, the enhanced globalVCard travel solution is ready for launch.

“Our R&D over the past six months has allowed us to clearly understand the needs in the marketplace including the pain points of travel managers and their financial executives,” said Keith Stone, CSI’s President and CEO. “I couldn’t be more excited about the potential for our solutions, with complete confidence in Juliann’s proven ability to lead our teams through our projected growth.”

Juliann, who most recently served as CSI’s VP of Support Services, has been with the company for over four years. She has played a key role in creating CSI’s culture of customer service excellence, which has enabled the 25-year-old company to earn a remarkable 100% retention rate for its globalVCard clients. Juliann has also been a key force in growing the globalVCard brand into a leading electronic payment solution for world leading brands within multiple industries.
