Edenred Pay globalVCard Appoints David Disque and Jason Kolbenheyer as Managing Directors

Bonita Springs, FL – CSI globalVCard announces the promotions of David Disque and Jason Kolbenheyer to managing directors. As Managing Director of globalVCard paysystems, Disque will oversee all operations for the company’s web-based corporate payments division.  Kolbenheyer will oversee all mobile development and operations in his new role as Managing Director of globalVCard Spend Secure, the company’s mobile payments innovation division.

“As our business grows, so does our need to focus on each opportunity ahead of us,” said Keith Stone, President and CEO of CSI Enterprises. “Both David and Jason have been instrumental in our success to date and I am confident that their leadership in our two growth engine divisions is what we need to help CSI reach our next level of greatness.”

In his new role, David will oversee all operations of CSI’s high growth globalVCard paysystems division. Since introducing the virtual card payment platform in 2009, globalVCard has experienced tremendous growth, both in terms of revenue and product offerings.

“Whether making payments via virtual credit card, globalVCard’s proprietary network or checks, we can now meet 100% of our customer’s payment needs while also bringing efficiencies and lower costs,” said David Disque, who joined the company in 2001. “We have the right people and the right technology in place to meet the growing demand for secure accounts payable and business travel payments that are integrated with corporate financial systems.”

Jason joined CSI in 2009 and under his creative leadership, CSI developed and launched the industry’s first B2B mobile application of virtual credit card payments in 2011. “We are taking B2B mobile payments to a new level,” said Kolbenheyer. “Our team is developing some game-changing mobile technology and I could not be more excited about what the future holds for us.”
