YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University is in the process of developing a comprehensive and transformative vision to enhance academic opportunities, improve health and well-being for all students, and update athletic facilities to positively impact the University.
The plan was articulated at the Friday, April 21, Board of Regents meeting in the approval of the development of a comprehensive fundraising plan, which stated: “This transformational initiative will support, among other areas, student success, scholarships, and facilities. Facility investments will be identified based on an examination of all facilities, but will include: the Rec/IM complex; College of Technology and College of Health and Human Services; expanded athletics facilities; and improvements to other academic and student facilities to be determined as the campaign is developed and launched.”
